The Role

- Oversee paid social media marketing campaigns, budgeting, and bidding to ensure maximum ROI on social spend.
- Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand reach and enhance brand awareness.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff and interns, fostering a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
- Strong understanding of a range of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in social media analytics tools and experience in leveraging data to inform strategy.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines.
